The Kerry Dyer Homicide Investigation
On November 17th, 2020 Moline Police Officers were dispatched to an unknown problem in the 400 block 17th Avenue.
Officer Cesar Lopez arrived on scene and observed a figure in black clothing down the block obscured by shadows as he walked up to the residence at 10:46pm.
Officers went inside the upper portion of the duplex to find a horrid crime scene and the deceased body of Kerry Dyer.
11-minutes later at 10:57pm, Detective Steven Murphy advised, 10-95, which is police code for “Subject in Custody”
